Broker-carrier agreement
Most agreements mention double-brokering in a sentence that assigns no consequence. The clause below states what happens, which is the only version worth having.

Have you had a load re-brokered without being told?
Re-brokering
Double-brokering is not stopped by a sentence saying it is not allowed. It is stopped by naming the consequence: that payment goes to whoever actually hauled the freight, that the re-brokering carrier indemnifies the broker for any second claim on the same load, and that the agreement ends immediately. State all three or the clause does nothing.
Every other generator prints the same boxes as this one. The difference is that this field is on the form at all, and that it prints whether you fill it or not.
One document proves less than four.
Each of these records something the next one relies on. Generated together they assemble a claim; generated alone they are paperwork.
- Bill of lading Exceptions at pickup with a plain note on what signing clean costs you under Carmack

- Proof of delivery Arrival and departure as two separate times the pair almost every POD leaves blank
- Detention calculator The timeline itself every hour with its source and who logged it
- Do I need an account to download the broker-carrier agreement?
- No. There is no account, no card and no watermark, and nothing to fill in before the download. The document is assembled in your browser, so the data you type never reaches a catuh server.
- What makes this broker-carrier agreement different from any other template?
- Double-brokering is not stopped by a sentence saying it is not allowed. It is stopped by naming the consequence: that payment goes to whoever actually hauled the freight, that the re-brokering carrier indemnifies the broker for any second claim on the same load, and that the agreement ends immediately. State all three or the clause does nothing. That field is the reason this document is worth generating rather than copying from a search result.
- Can I use this as my standard form?
- Yes. Generate as many as you need, unlimited and free. What is sold is not the document but the dated record behind it: a copy kept with the date it was made, which is what turns an invoice into a claim that holds.
