Three things, and none of them is your shipment data.
This is the whole of it. We do not run software that touches your loads, your customers or your documents, so there is nothing of that kind for us to hold.

| What | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| What you write in the form | Only when you fill in the form and press send: your email, and whichever of company, role, volume, budget band and the description of the problem you chose to give. | So a person can read it and reply. That is the only reason it is asked for. |
| A random session id, and which button was clicked | A random number kept in your browser's own storage, sent with a record of which page you were on when you clicked through to the form. | To know whether anybody is finding the site useful. It is a random number, not you, and it carries nothing you typed. |
| Campaign parameters from your link | If the address you arrived on carried utm_ tags. | So we know which campaign brought which problem. Stored with the form submission. |
Four things worth saying plainly.
We do not store your IP address. It is held in memory for a few seconds to stop one machine hammering the endpoint, and it is not written down. We removed the column that used to hold it, because nothing ever read it and collecting a thing you do not use is still collecting it.
We do not sell anything to anyone, and there is no list. Sending the form gets you one reply from a person. It does not enrol you in a sequence.
We do not have access to your systems unless you give it to us. Nothing on this website connects to anything of yours, and any access in an engagement is scoped and agreed in writing first.
We do not run advertising trackers. The one third party on this site is Google Analytics, described below.
One third party, named.
This site loads Google Analytics 4, property G-Z7NZDGRM8X. It sets cookies
in your browser and tells Google which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world
from, and which of our buttons were clicked.
If you would rather it did not run, any content blocker stops it and the site works exactly the same. Google's own handling of that data is described in their privacy policy.
Ask and it is done.
Write to us and we will send you everything we hold against your email address, correct it, or delete it. No form to fill in and no reason required. Deleting is deleting: the row goes, it is not flagged and kept.
We are a small company in the United States. If a data protection law where you live gives you a right we have not listed, write and we will honour it rather than argue about whether it applies.
